Seattle....

Image
I haven't posted since we left for Seattle. I need to be more on top of this now that we don't live in Utah anymore. Caitibug loves the area, but she misses her friends, of course. If we could just move Katie and Clara here, she'd be 100% bliss. (oh... and of course Suzi because I don't hear enough about how much she LOVES Aunt Suzi) She also misses Aunt Pammy every time we go to school because she thinks the swimming teacher looks like her. Points out the picture every time we walk past it. We've been getting outdoors a lot up here. Perfect temperatures most of the time. One thing to beware of is that when the sun really comes out, and temps rise above 80 degrees - these people just get mean. They can't take it. Paul says I've already acclimated, so I guess you can tell what the heat did to me. However, Paul has gone from grumpy guy to smiley guy. And is even going to a Tae Kwan Do class twice a week. He's going to take October off from the class sin

Four more weeks

Well in four weeks we'll be moving to Seattle (Issaquah actually) and I am about as nervous as I am excited. I'll post more later. HUGS!

Seattle

We just got back from a wonderful trip to Seattle, and it was so beautiful. We really do miss it a lot. Paul went and visited the VIX offices there - and hopefully if all goes well we'll be moving by summer back to the green green emerald city!

Value fun

So - we like the value fun type of things to get the best use out of our dollar. So we went to Sea World five times in one year. That was a great value for our money. So we've signed up for another two years (from the date that we finally go) and that means anytime we can make a few days to go to So Cal we'll be able to enjoy Sea World (and parking is included) for free! How awesome is that!?? Love it.

Don't know what I've been up to... or do I

Okay - I admit it. I've been on Facebook...lol... that is how it goes. I did add a Facebook badge so that you can stay up to date with my goings on via Facebook when I'm being a slacker here. So sorry.. I have however been doing a lot. I started a new blog @ http://www.EatFreshInTheCity.com. I am really passionate about food, and health. And this has been a great outlet for me to have. I also added a Eat Fresh In The City page on Facebook - so you should go join it. Also I have my coaching business - http://www.BijaCoaching.com just in case you didn't know.

Fitness and Family.

I've been getting fit - and I've lost almost 30 pounds in the last three years. That is amazing! Another 12 pounds and I'll be 40 pounds down and hit my first goal. That is the weight I was at when I got pregnant with Caitibug. I know I can do it - and I've found some new tools and new loves to help me reach that goal. First off I've been working out for the last two years straight with my dear friend, Jennifer. We have a blast with each other and keep each other on track. Second, because I could no longer go to the gym I had do find something else, and that was TurboFire. I LOVE Turbo Fire. So much so that I'm selling it now. Hooray. Caitibug has healed up from her broken arm and is back to jumping all over the place like a crazy five year old does. Paul had a horrible cold this holiday season, but he is also all better. He is doing the Power 90 program, and from time to time Caitibug gets in on the fitness action with daddy. Too cute! So 2011 has started
